The purpose of this notice is to explain to you how we control, process, handle and protect your personal information through the business and while you browse or use this website. If you do not agree to the following policy you may wish to cease viewing / using this website, and or refrain from submitting your personal data to us.

Key definitions:

  • "I", "our", "us", or "we" refer to the business, Jane Loveday Consulting.

  • "you", "the user" refer to the person(s) using this website.

Your data and how we use it

 

The data we would like to collect directly from you is:

  • Your name

  • Your work email address

  • Your work telephone number

  • Your work address

 

Under GDPR, this information does not constitute personal data.  However our privacy policy embodies the same key principles of:

(a) Lawfulness, fairness and transparency, (b) Purpose limitation, (c) Data minimisation, (d) Accuracy, (e) Storage limitation, (f) Integrity and confidence, (g) Accountability.

We will use the data you provide to contact you:

  • in response to enquiries received from you

  • during the course of any agreed consultancy work

  • during the 12 months after the end of any agreed consultancy work:

    • to ensure that there are no outstanding matters or issues relating to the consultancy that need to be addressed;

    • to enable us to contact you to enquire about the outcome of the consultancy (if applications were successful, donations received, training or recommendations implemented etc.).

 

We will not use your data for marketing purposes.

 

We will not share your data with any third parties without your express written consent to do so. 

If we do want to share your data with third parties, we will clearly inform you about the purposes for sharing any information, what information we will share, and the privacy policy and practices of the third party involved.

We will keep any and all information provided by you and your organisation for the duration of the consultancy in order to fulfil the consultancy contract.

We will keep any and all information provided by you and your organisation for 12 months after the end of the consultancy, in order to exercise our legitimate interest and enquire about the outcomes of the consultancy.

We will keep any and all information provided by you and your organisation during the consultancy for 7 years after the end of the consultancy.  We hold your information to fulfil our legal record keeping obligations as a VAT registered service delivery organisation.

7 years after the end of the consultancy, all hard copy documentation will be confidentially shredded.  All information held electronically will be deleted.

You can withdraw your consent for our holding your contact information at any time.  If you would like us to delete your contact information please email jane@janelovedayconsulting.co.uk, or write to Jane Loveday, Jane Loveday Consulting, 33 South Barcombe Road, Liverpool L16 7QD to request this.​

We ensure the security of any personal information we hold by using secure data storage technologies and clear procedures about how we store, access and manage that information.
