In 2003 we were a small community organisation employing less than ten people and a turnover of less than £300,000.
Thanks to the work of Jane currently EBCF has over 50 employees and has over the last decade had a turnover in excess of £1 million.
Through our work with Jane we have successfully secured large project funding from government departments from, for example, the Home Office, ESF, EIF, ESFA as well as further funding from the likes of Learn Direct, Big Lottery, Birmingham City Council, National Careers Service and The National Apprenticeship Service.
EBCF is now a prime contractor and holds many accreditations and large government contracts and certainly this has all been achieved with the help and support of Jane who is a firm part of the success story at EBCF.'
